As I travel throughout our district, I see the economic challenges that we all face. I understand the importance of protecting the state’s small businesses. I continue to work hard to promote rural economic development that will bring new jobs to our counties. I am committed to keeping Alabama’s taxes the lowest in the state while ensuring that Alabamians have access to the resources necessary to weather a tough economy.
 

I have received three endorsements of which I am very proud. I have been given an A+ rating by the National Rifle Association as I work vigilantly to protect our Second Amendment Rights. Hunting and fishing with family and friends is one my favorite activities. Teaching our younger generations about the rights and responsibilities of gun ownership is an important duty that we share.
 

The Police Benevolent Association and the Alabama Association of Volunteer Fire Departments also have endorsed my campaign. I appreciate the support of these organizations and their membership. While these endorsements are wonderful, we cannot become complacent. I need your support and your vote in November.
